Article on auto repair shop franchise with new location in Riverview Florida at 10010 McMullen Rd. The repair shop franchise not only uses the Internet, it also puts to use word of mouth communications in surrounding churches as part of their marketing strategy.
Since I write auto repair articles for my blogs, I recently decided to do an Internet search to see how our blogs came up in the search engines rankings compared with other sites. I happened to run across an automotive repair shop that writes blogs catered to car owners that want a little more information before taking their car to a repair shop. I thought “that’s a great idea“. Very similar to what we do for people searching the Internet for repair tips and tools to do repairs themselves (or for their customers). The auto repair company’s name is Christian Brother’s Auto Repair. I’ve been in the repair industry for quite some time and never heard of Christian Brothers. I read their information on how they got their start and what sets them apart from their competition. Besides having a religious ideology. They have a good warranty that beats their competition in many instances. Here’s a snippet of what they say about their “Nice Difference Warranty”.
While most auto repair warranties expire at the earliest of the two limits (miles or months), our warranty is the opposite. Your warranty will expire after 2 years or 24,000 miles, whichever benefits you the most.
I’ve got to say that they seem to have a winning strategy. After-all, trust is one of the biggest issues car repair shops face. One of the worst things for a car owner that has limited knowledge of mechanical issues, is to have to their trust a mechanic blindly. That’s why I recommend having a good mechanic you trust before something major fails. Being that Christian Brother’s Auto Repair philosophy implies honesty and fairness, they are sure to have a lot on their side. They surely get a lot of word of mouth business from churches. They also have to follow through with their promises or else that same word of mouth they benefit from could also be detrimental. Bad news travels fast you know. Conclusion: We are glad to see an auto repair company that is improving the overall reputation of ALL car repair professionals. This is a positive step.
